Eric H. Franks, M.D.
Eric H. Franks, M.D., is a 1986 graduate of the George Washington School of
Medicine. After an internship at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, he
did his orthopaedic residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore,
Maryland. Dr. Franks completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at
The Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia. He is a team physician for
University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Salisbury State University, the Delmarva
Shorebirds, and the Wicomico County School System. Dr. Franks is a Board Certified
Orthopaedic Surgeon who limits his practice to orthopaedic surgery with emphasis
on Sports Medicine, and arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and
the shoulder.
