We participate with many insurance companies for submission and payment of your medical expenses.  You will be asked to supply us with the appropriate billing information and we will make a photocopy of your insurance card.  In instances of  self pay we accept check and cash payments as well as Mastercard/Visa.  Discussion of our fees for any procedure will be provided when requested.  Our patient accounts representatives will be happy to assist with submission of claims and reimbursement issues.  They can be contacted through our main office telephone number (410) 749-4154.
